  Great communication and buying experience! I ordered an item for my wife a week before our anniversary. The item was currently out of stock but they informed me via email that if this was a time sensitive matter they would do their best to get it out to me ASAP. After a response from me they were able to expedite the item's casting and shipping and I'm looking forward to surprising my wife on our anniversary!

  I was so completely happy with my redesign of my wedding rings. And I was so extatic to find someone who would reuse my own gold in my design. Every other place I contacted refused. They all were very friendly and helpful!! I live in Michigan so going to the shop was not an option and so between phone called and emails we made a plan. They were very patient with me as it was so hard to decide between all their beautiful ring designs. I will for sure be back and recommend them to anyone looking to do something new with their old rings. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you for your beautiful work!!!
